Can someone explain to me how skype texting works? A friend of mine said you can text on skype to anyone who has skype. Is it free to text on skype to someone with Skype internationally? For example USA to Europe. I dont want to use it for phone calls at all, just texts. Also I read somewhere it's always on, so if someone calls me does it go through skype or my regular carrier?
