Wimax is only "topping out" at 10mbps because that's what sprint has it capped to but technically once fully deployed it's capable of 50mbps+ but obviously we won't see those speeds any time soon.

seems the guy in the CNN video thinks "4G" means 4x faster..perhaps he doesn't know it means 4th gen. these reporters typically read off a script and are clueless most of the time.. just like how he mentions google is loading a "live feed from the satellite" while trying the Evo. someone should tell him they're just old catched images loading from google's server.
