These two issues were show-stoppers for me. My wife has an Eris and is pretty happy with it, but I would have gone crazy if the TP2 weren't available. And yes, the keyboard makes all the difference in the world.
If Android was running on the TP2 with a Snapdragon processor and without the above problems, yes, I would jump to Android.

Yes, this is my problem, synching with Outlook and basically corporate support... editing MS documents.
