I didn't name my bars anything.
The zip is a .tsk theme file.
Extract the .tsk file onto your device and then select the Transp Softkey theme from Settings>Home>Select Theme.
It will make your bars appear black with white text, until you use either HDwalls, BG4all with MaxTTM 4.1 to skin the bars, or the shell32.exe transparent bars hack.
Then you will have fullscreen wallpaper, and no button around your softkeys.
