I say do a backup. Then flash the shipped rom. Then format internal storage and then do a clear storage. Then try bluetooth to make sure it works. Then flash back to omj's rom if you want.
That should definitely fix it.
Only other thing you could try is reinstall bluetooth software but I don't know where you can get that by itself.
I may look and see what I can find.
