go into your "clock" program and set it there. the alarms setting sucks. I set my alarms in the clock program for better options and more tones to choose from
on dumbphones you can press 1 then send or hold it for 2 seconds,like the Omnia. my iconsoft dialer lets me tap the favorite twice and it dials,press and hold or press it then send.its not free but its awesome
are you using the mobile shell dialer or Omnia dialer? i loathe the mobile shell dialer.thats why I bought the iconsoft,for the BIG contact pitures,dialer pad and ease of use
anyhoo set your alarms thru clocks(blue picture of a clock,not mobile shell clocks) not alarms
