Clicking on that takes me to server settings with a "cancel" and "next" option which just takes you through the rest of the server settings. What ROM? The settings I am referncing are present under 6.5.x ROMS. The name Gmail would be specific to whatevery you named it. I do not remember the setting being present before 6.5.x.
