I've also found MaxTTM 4.1 will do this as well.
Just don't use it for it's other features, except to skin the top and bottom bars, along with BG4all.
wrong place i know lol,but what font are you using and where can it be obtained,the ones i have that are cursive all are cutoff in areas due to the size of the font itself,but those look all nice and small and like they will do a good job compared to the ones i have and cant stand to use lol
