having a hell of a time trying to get this working. i rooted my phone and did everything i needed to do coming from a factory rom. i just ended up formatting my memory card and now trying to install again. still sticks on the htc boot screen.
so i just flashed to the fresh 1.1 rom and now that is stuck on the" initialize fresh rom [wait]" for about 10 minutes...looks like i am flashing back to stock
