sub par? really? i like the 3.7 inch. 4.3 is nice and big, but it just makes the overall phone too large for my liking. it def wouldn't fit in my pocket well. but too each their own. if you want the bigger screen (and android) i'd wait for your evo, that will def be a beast of a phone too.
do they make a 4.0 screen? i think that would be a nice median.

My only hesitation is going to the new OS. I will do a lot of research for things that can be found elsewhere (word/excel, apps, development, flashing (or rooting I guess it is called).... so I am watching this thread very carefully (reading the manual now!!) to learn more about it and glean as much info as I can from current Android users...thanks for posting all!!

i used winmo for a while. last ran it on my tp2. i enjoyed the customization of it, but no matter what i made it look like it just lacked a nice feeling to it. running a nice ui on top of it always helped but it was just so ugly underneath. i have only played with android in the vzw store and on my tp2 with the ported version. i think thats what converted me. i wished it ran perfect on my tp2 and i was contemplating waiting to see how the devs improved it, but then i though, hell i could just get a better phone meant to run android, haha. so i sold my tp2 and have been waiting the past couple months for the n1, but to no avail. now its all incredible in my books, can't wait. to hell with winmo join the android side, you know you want to!
