No, they would need to be converted.
These are specifically for CHT 1.7.
If you rename the clock face file to an existing clock manila file name from Max Manila, then you could use the clock faces.
As for hands, when I post them, they will only work with CHT 1.7, as we did the hand layout differently, which made it much easier for skinners to work with the files for those components and just made more sense all around.
Ahh I see. So a simple rename and CFC compression will get the faces to work with my Mr.X 4/10? But to have hands, I'd need to use a set of hands from my existing clock or another MM clock, correct?

Would these be able to automatically resize from small to large based on the clock array format?

I would just switch to CHT 1.7, but I hated how sluggish 1.6.1 was on my TP2 :-\
