Has this always been happening? If so, this is the cause of your messages being out of order.

Say you send a text at 10:15 and then receive a reply at 10:20 (actual time). Then you send another one at 10:30 and receive another reply at 10:35... if your phone is time-stamping the incoming an hour later, then outgoing are stamped in the 10 o'clock hour, while your phone thinks all incoming are from the 11 o'clock hour. As such, your phone is threading them wrong cuz the time stamps are off since it threads by the timestamp (i.e. all the 10 o'clock messages are grouped together, and then all the 11 o'clock messages get grouped together)

Make sense?
