not me...but what you can do is search for ireland's local cell companies and compare their pre-paid service with telestial. from there, make a decision. but whenever i go to a different country, i just buy the local pre-paid sim when i get off the plane. the rates are usually the same or a bit cheaper compared to these companies offering international sim cards.
