why is everyone's answer to something so simple is to "flash a custom ROM"? my tp2 tethered right out of the box using ics.
simply run ics, wait for it to tell you that you need to connect usb cord, connect and it was done. no activesyncing or anything. it just worked. if you are only using it for one computer it makes more sense to plug it in then wifi it, you'll end up having to charge it anyways.
