If all you want to do is rename it..
HKLM/Software/HTC/manila/
HomeLSKText = name ( for left key
HomeRSText = name for right key name
HKLM/Software/HTC/manila/ => HomeLSKPath = location path to item to launch (or HomeRSK Path = for the right key
