I'm glad that this has worked for many, and I'm sure I'm missing something somewhere (I've been a winmo user for 10 yrs), but this stuff is completely new to me and seems so much more complicated than winmo.

When it gets stuck, leave the Updater where it's at, unplug the USB from the computer for about three seconds and then plug it back in, this should make it start.
Being a WinMo user for 10 years won't prevent you from following directions, at least it shouldn't
