Verizon will get the droid incredible soon as for coverage with tmobile if so cal means southern cali i dont think you will have a problem in coverage with tmobile.Sprint wont come out with a 6.5 phone there next wm phone will be w7.
I think you should browse around since your out of contract you always have time to return and cancel if your not satisfied.
