"Exchange" Server is actually Kerio Connect 7.0.1 (used to be Kerio Mailserver). This is my company's server and I run it with full and sole access (meaning I am MailGod...for better or for worse hehehe) including physical server access. Any changes that need to be done can (and will) be done in the name of Android. Android I salute you.

Anyway, the contacts from Facebook sync all right. I do NOT use Gmail (I had to create a Gmail account just to start using Android! ) so I'm not sure.

Calendar and emails from Kerio are syncing beautifully! Weird right?

UPDATE: I looked at the contacts again and it's a seemingly random assortment from last names that begin with A, B or C...nothing below that in the alphabet. Bizarre. BTW, I blew away the XDAndroid install and re-did it with the same results.
Hrm... never heard of that server but if email & calendar sync then there's something else missing. FYI, you don't *have* to create a GMail account for Android. It just helps tie a lot of things together within the OS (and your computer).

I'm running thru my head anything that would prevent it, and everything I come up with concludes at "well you wouldn't get any contacts then..." I can't explain why you would only get some of your contacts.

It's a really poor recommendation, but just for grins. Add some contacts to your GMail. Heck if you want export all your contacts from your exchange server and import them into GMail. Then break the cxn to your exchange server and see if GMail can sync all the contacts available. If that works, then we know the phone/build of Android is not the issue (which, it probably isn't...)

Since you are the mail server's admin, make sure all your rights are OK. Again, if your rights were hosed I would think that you wouldn't get any contacts at all...

Unfortunately my company uses GroupWise, so I don't really have any way to test a private exchange server. I've always used Google Sync with my GMail account and never had any problems with it - in WinMo or Android.
