Mine started having problems a few days after the update to 6.5 after I installed all kinds of cabs. Then I tried uninstalling and did all the proper things. Then I restored an old back up and the problem persisted. Finally it was having the issue EVERY time the phone went into sleep mode.
Even after 3 HARD resets in a row.
I took it in to Sprint with a fresh reset and no cabs installed.
The problem was obvious.

Now... new phone 79 cabs installed... NO PROBLEMS>>> yet... lol.
