If you read the forums here and elsewhere, you can infer that the reason no one has posted a simple, easy to follow set of instructions for installing the TEST ROM that is floating around, is that it does not seem to load consistently on different devices. For some people it runs right through, for some it exits with an error at 11%, for some it just pauses there, some have to disconnect and pull the battery part way through, some people need to run lockers or unlockers and there are multiple versions of those, some need to re-enter MSID or MDN, some have to call Sprint to reprovision their phone and some need to run IOTA, some need to load it off of an SD card, etc.

Yes, I used a lot of buzz words there, and it is hard to follow. The point is, this is a leaked TEST program, it does NOT seem to have a stable installer, and you will most likely have some kind of problem installing it and getting it to work. Maybe, if you need step-by-step easy-to-follow instructions, you should consider not trying to install a TEST program in the first 24 hours it is distributed. Sometime in the near future hopefully someone will figure out what is causing the inconsistencies, and be able to write a procedure that will make it easier to load; the installer seems to me to be the worst part of the package. I have not been around here for very long, but this is the first time I know of that the Bootloader was replaced in a ROM package. And maybe these problems are exactly what HTC wanted to hear about so they would know what to fix BEFORE they released the ROM package. What a concept, hey?
I understand what you mean but some people woudl like to take advantage of this who NEVER touch a custom rom and those people are the ones who are having smilar results, due to never "unlocking" their Titan at all.
