What program would i use to change the background in say the programs menu or the settings menu even the ok ok ok ... . HOW do i change the background color in all the screens and reverse the color on the text. is there a program to do this. BTW this is like the only thing I haven't been able to customize. And now when in California they give you a 900 dollar ticket just for texting while you drive. hahahhaha anyways if i am going through the phones menus at night in the car well its like a flashlight. I don't want a 900 dollar ticket.
