Most of the questions here are answered in the first few posts. If you people can't read you shouldnt be installing this. There are good instructions here.
Poorlyduck takes his own time to design the program and write detailed instructions and you all want your hands held. It kind of discourages people from wanting to post great apps like this.
Please take the time to read the instructions, and if you are brand new to this device, you should probably mess with some simpler apps before attempting this. You need to know how to unzip/move files/and reg-edit for customization before attempting this install.
One more thing... after install, JUST SWIPE UP TO START THE CUBE

EDIT: How hard would it be to add a 4th side to really make this a cube? (could dedicate this page to weather perhaps?) And maybe turn the 3 and 6 button sides to 9 (or 12!) also? That would give plenty of launcher space and could have a nice clean clock and messaging buttons only on Today screen. Thats my wish list for this cube.
