No joke... Went in to the repair ctr and they couldn't figure it out. So... I get a new phone.

I uninstalled EVERYTHING with a soft reset after every uninstall... Then hard reset then three hard resets one right after the other.
Nothing worked. Wondering if it's not some kind of virus.

I may be going back to 6.1 in the meantime. never had this problem until i upgraded.

They told me Brand new... But you know... As long as it works the way it's supposed to and it looks brand new... I'm good.
I dropped my phone three days after I got it and got two good dings on the case and a scratch on the screen. My phone hasn't looked new since I first got it. Looking forward to a shiny new case and a clear screen. And of course a phone I can actually power on.

The phone I leave the Sprint repair center with will not have this problem. I guarantee a return visit if it develops the symptom.
And I will keep returning it as often as I need to. I have TEP and my phone is under warranty till August. I went through 8 Touch Pros... You know they know me there.
