Always remember to press one, then 5, then 7, then 9, when you want to leave a message for a real person to get back to you after their lunch break. The message you're leaving them is about how because they no longer offer free roaming as a "new feature" they took it off your account 6 months ago without telling you and your automatic credit card deductions have had $30-$40 overage charges monthly without a notice or word from anybody.

^^ Why I left Sprint...but that's besides the point...The fine print doesn't tell you when somebody's going to get careless.
