The phone will most likely fail once or twice, almost certainly at 11%. Go through the recovery process, and it will automatically resume the installation and will work. After this is done, and the phone is up and running, let sprint customizations run. Next, try and call your phone, if it goes straight to voicemail, your phones settings got wiped, and you need to call sprint. Dial *2 on your phone and ask the rep to "reprogram your phone". Say it like that and they will not ask questions. Write down EVERY number they tell you to input on the phone, as they are all important. They will walk you through the process, which will take MAX 5 mins. After that your phone is good to go.
