No joke... I hard reset my phone and took it in... They couldn't figure out the problem...So... I get a new phone.

You're right... I too thought I had the problem solved... Read back on this thread....I would get it working great for a day or so and then the problem would repeat.
I finally got tired hard reset and still it was there. Thre hard resets in a row did not solve the problem... So I took it to the Sprint repair ctr with a fresh reset and I pick up my new unscratched phone on Wednesday.
