You have to dial *28 and then some google voice number.
The instructions are all right there when you first setup your account.
When you have your calls forwarded, go to start > settings > personal > phone and set the voicemail number to google voice's number. When you hold down 1 it will take you to your new voicemail.
Log into your google voice page and look for the instructions.
