You can decompile the rom and get the files. Or even possibly use the emulator (from microsoft) and then just copy the files to your computer's harddrive. Not quite sure about the last one.
Or worse comes to worse you can flash the rom, copy the taskbar dll's, and the other necessary theme files, and then reflash back to the rom you'd like to use.
Then just copy the files to the device, soft reset and there you go.
