just observations, but 21646 seemed snappier than 23557. Im gonna run it for a while and see what happens. Also, I think the htc line is more customed to hd2, mini and what not. When running the 21646 with hd mini mod for no start button, i have a back softkey. When running same thing with 23557, i don't have any soft keys past the manila interface other than the lock button. for what its worth....
