Sprint had me do that. It reset the settings.. Then it went back to the phone, after boot up the hands free came up, and that's where I'm getting my errors. Now what way I go about it, through the menus, or automatic, or the ##3282#

If it matters, I downloaded a Roamonlyfix.cab, that was the only other install as of late. (Don't know if that has anything to do with it.)
