You should be able to edit 26948339_manila in the Windows file to restore your Facebook tab. Look for the facebook tab section and check the Page Order option and make sure it isn't conflicting with the documents tab Page Order. If it is change one to a different none used number. Then go to the Windows directory and delete the ManilaFull.xml file and soft reset. I would recommend backing these files up before modifying them.
I had this same issue when I installed uzeb Call History tab and this fixed it right up.
