Ok, first of all maybe a dumb question:

It seems to take me 30-40 times of timing the soft keys and the soft reset button to sucessfully Hard Reset the mogul? Am I missing something? Why is it so sensitive on the timing of the buttons?

Better yet.......Is there an easier way to do this?
