LOL, yea there are 7/11's all over I think from my house there are atleast 4 within a mile or 2 in each direction.

But just in-case is your phone an original or refurb? That may also have something to do with it, as we have tried a few options. It may be a hardware issue if its a refurb.
Last thing I might add, just incase since you did not know where to find the stock roms, all custom roms are in the stickied forum on the top of our TP2 forum, named UPGRADES. You will see many options for custom roms there, and as stated before there are many gread cooks (rom builders) there, and in my humble opinion I enjoy NGRZ28's and mightys the best.
