I have seen some posts telling people that their MDN and MSID are the same as their phone. This MAY NOT be correct in all cases. I ported my number over from Nextel and my MSID is not the same as my phone number. Make sure you dial ##778# , hit view , go to NAM settings and record your info just in case it gets wiped.
Also, if you have changed them both to match you number after a wipe and you are getting no service, this is probably your problem and you most likely need to call Sprint to get your MSID.
