Replace the current touch with another touch and not HTC Mogul. HTC Mogul does not carry Sprint TV. However, both HTC Mogul and HTC Touch can run the program called vTap which can play web video clips flawlessly. HTC Touch is an upgrade to HTC MOGUL, thus HTC Touch has more ram. Go with HTC Touch as an replacement.
