I'am having the exact same problem and get the same message when trying to open NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile. I also am not able to upgrade to the new Sprint football from Sprint NFL Mobile. When I try and upgrade it tells me that my device do's not support Sprint Football. I have tried updating my profile and that has no effect on either program. I spent an hour on the phone with Sprint Tech Support and the final verdict was to do a hard reset which I did not do for the fact that they have no Idea wheather that would fix the problem or not. Any Help would be appreciated.
