Well, I built another ROM last night with both the new 21646 Welrope uploaded and 23554 and still had the Leo dialer issues I mentioned yesterday. The dialer would go whacky on me and not show the number buttons(showing what's left of the previous screen in it's place) as well as show a scroll bar on the right. It is a mess when it happens. I have not been able to figure out what is causing it but when it happens, only a reboot seems to correct it.

Gonna try excluding a couple packages tonight and see if that is the culprit.
