Edit: From what I can tell there isn't a way to change it. For some reason the 6.5.x roms do not allow it to be removed or edited, or at least no one has found a way yet. Most likely in a .dll or something but that is past my level of comfort when it comes to tweaking.
i remember in the old omnia roms there was a way to eliminate it but i cant find it on this phone
