Wow, it seems that I was the only one who had an unsucessful install
Phone can't call out and all my vision user and password were erased so I can't do crap.
I hope that downgrading back helps me. Stayed on the phone with tech for over an hour and nothing could be done.
I'm actually quite sad as I've waited and wanted this update more than anything.
