My touch screen stop working today so i took it to the sprint repair center. The guy pops of the battery cover and says its because of moisture damage...look this sticker on the side is red. I had this same issue with sprint b4 and told him dude this phone has never been exposed to moister or water the sticker is wrong. He looked at the sticker on the battery, and the one on the mother board and neither showed signs of being exposed to water, and he agreed that it couldn't be water damage but couldn't replace it because of the sticker on the side due to sprints policy.

my point is, why would sprint make it to where you have to take the cover off the phone to soft reset it. When you do that you're bound to touch the moister sticker with your hand, which would cause it to turn red after numerous touches due to moister in your skin. This way they can void your warranty and force you to use Assurion or buy a new one!
I have the same issue. Just left the sprint store and they ordered me a new phone. He knew immediately that is was moisture and my screen wasn't responding at all. He asked me if my fingers sweat! What!!!! Do my fingers sweat? What kind of question is that? End result, I pick up my new phone Friday.
