Ok, so far I am cursed at every step of the process.
I have completed all 3 steps error free. 3 times just to make sure
I have a TELSU TP2 with an ATT sim (older non 3G)
I have loaded the 2.23.00WU radio from this website. Installed, no errors.
Boot up info confirms this radio.
I set network mode to manual, select GSM, find network. It sees two, att and Indigo. I tried them both, with the same error.
Cannot register on this network
is there something I am missing? I
