I Never said 2.1 release, I said a patch, something like a Microsoft Hot Fix...and as for WiFi being the issue, I dont have WiFi active on the phone it is disabled so thats not the issue, the Sprint rep stated " on April 9th sprint will be releasing an update to the ""Software Version not the ROM"" it is an Over The Air (OTA) update...if you don't see the Software Version change after the 9th of April then call us (Sprint) back and we will push it to you, in order fo this update to happen you must turn your phone offand pull the battery out for 10 min, power it back on and the dvice should began the Software Update"
