If you think about it from a business stand point, they have a lot to gain. They keep Assurion happy as a business partner because this increases the chances of the amount of claims filed each year from TP2 owners. Not only that but, Assurion then gets a phone that they can fix at minimal cost and resell for $100 (deductible). Not to mention, if you don't have the $7 insurance you have to buy another TP2 which is like 3-400 new.
...the messed up part is that I'm out $100 bucks and its not my fault. (guess you can tell im pissed huh?) lol
