I think I know what boodaka is talking about. I have the same think happening. I have a folder for Office but the folder is empty. The programs are loaded in the Windows directory with their shortcuts; they weren't loaded into the folder like they usually are.

I don't change my icons or rearrange my start menu. Where do I look in the kitchen to fix it?
