On a side note...I called Sprint Advanced Techincal Support tonight and after a 45 minute convo, the rep was able to recreate the error with the Sprint Nascar application (he just happened to have the Touch Pro 2 himself). I advised him that sending the "NASCAR" text to 7777 to try and redownload does nothing as we cannot download the application from the software store (just keeps saying "Your Cart Is Empty") and he also tried it and got the same result. He advised me he will escalate the issue. Just an update for you all, and I recommend you ALL call Sprint about Nascar not working as the more people who report it, the faster they get the wheels turning for a fix!

I too called advanced tech support today about NASCAR. They worked with a test TP2 they had and found out that it is exactly as we have seen, even after they did a hard reset. I tested a Samsung Intrepid and it works on that phone, so they are aware it is a device specific issue. I was given a case number and they said they were passing it up to the network group and I would be contacted within the next 48 hours with a resolution. Can't wait to see what they come up with.
