this only using the camera as a veiwfinder (picture records center line and deg of angle [compass heading if ppc has the hardware])
a true sighting clinometer is used by outdoorsmen, climbers, and good satellite techs.
also the cleavenland show this week had an 'aldanator' (alan alda voice box) that would be sweet!!!!
