I do everything with my pc,Go in menu/setting/home and uncheck Htc sense, then install Manila Max then copy the mode9 to your windows folder on your phone restart sense ............

Easy as 123 Hope this helps...............Manila Max works wonderful with Mr.X ROM

EDIT: If you do everything from your phone here's how you do it...
