Reflash without those options and you should be good. The Duo touch tries to assign itself to the right soft button which by default is the contacts button. I dont know why that would cause all other shortcuts not to work. Im sure someone more adept than me will come and tell us either a workaround, a registry modification or a reason why it doesnt work.
Not sure if this is a known issue, didn't seem to find an answer when I did a search on it last week... but it's definitely something to do with HTC Random Access and Duo Touch Action Screen. When I cooked a new ROM without these items, my contacts magically came back. I'm not sure what Random Access is in the Kitchen. Has anyone gotten it to work properly on the 6700?

I knew my contacts were still there (somewhere in my phone) because when my phone rang, it showed the correct caller ID and I could access the info via the phone. BUt other than that, I could not bring up the contacts even going to the contacts.ink method
