To the OP you cannot do video call for 2 reasons

1) your on a cdma network

2) The cdma version does not have a front camera

You can do video calling via the back camera, VOIP + speaker phone but not natively

As for the T-mobile..I am not 100% sure but I think you need video call option in your dialer..probably best is to ask T-mobile whether they have support for video call or not..some may even charge different rates for video call
