About keeping the phone locked after a call, i've never noticed that feature lol, ill have to look into that...
To disable the pop up use a registry editor go to HKLM>Software>Microsoft>Inbox>Settings you will see a string named SMSNoSentMsg. Change the value to 2 and soft reset.
